Should i take the test now?

Ok i havent had anymore signs of prgnancy so i did las weekend though i had a headache nausea and was extermely tired kinda like when you have a hangover but i didnt drink although i slept about 10 1/2 hours that same day i had wat might be im[plantation bleeding pink only when i wiped> earlier that day i did have can that be from just having or was it the implantation bleeding. Is bleeding after ever happened to anyone
