Does anyone know what ever happened to Coo Coo Cal, the rapper?

You know, "My Projects"? It was his "breakout" song (if you could even call it that). He's from Milwaukee, thats where I'm from too and my friend who was recently incarcerated claimed to have seen him in jail. I also heard he fell off on crack. Does anyone know the real story?
