Why after changing cpu cooler why my graphic card getting so hot?

There is more heat buildup inside PC case. The better cpu cooler and overclock is throwing more heat inside the case. And it is now warm air that is trying to cool the graphics card. You need to improve PC case ventilation to lower the temp inside the PC case. High airflow rate case fans should solve your problem.
