My jaw cracked about, 24 hours ago and i've had some ear pain ever since?

My jaw has been wrecked for years. It cracks when I eat and when it is put under any labor, when it happens sometimes my left eardrum hurts but i just learned to pop my ears on command and that alevietes it most of the time otherwise i just pop a painkiller hope its helped.
