I bought the new haro thread 1 last week and already the rear hub has started creaking, is this bad?

Is this bad? I've been riding it quite a bit after I bought it and when ever i ride it now, the rear hub makes this creaking noise. Will this affect my riding and should I go get it checked up on or should i just leave it the way it is and try to ignore the noise? I'm just afraid that like maybe my bike will just like break or snap in half or something. The bike is only about a week old. It is the new black and green one. Thanks
