My son will be tested for admission into first grade. How do I know what he will be asked?

He's an extremely introvert boy, and he also has very low self esteem. I'm hoping that maybe studying some sample exams with him would help him when he takes the actual exam with the teacher at school, by making him confident with his answers (The teacher will ask direct questions to him orally, and he answers in his booklet)
