What is the statute of limitations on burglary (3rd degree) in New York State?
For my own peace of mind, I would like to know what the Statute of Limitations is on Burglary in the Third Degree (Cl D Felony) in New York State? I've read on here that it could be the length of a sentence- thus, 4 years for a cl D.
