Why do they in disney movies make most of the princesses so scary skinny?

i mean it looks like they don't eat much or at all and i haven't seen one eat before. cinderella just makes food for her stepmother and stepsisters and even in cinderella two, when she cooks in the prince's castle, she doesn't eat any of it. how are princes so attracted to scary skinny women that become princesses? i think this is a bad image for girls, just like scary skinny models.
