WHy do I keep getting this message when I post and yet my question still goes up?

That message happens under several cirstances. Sometimes it means too many folks are posting at once and they are 'jammed'. Sometimes it means the servers are down briefly. And sometimes it means they are updating the site. Often, your question and/or answer is 'buffered' into a queue when this happens -- and still manages to post. You have to be careful that this does not cause you to 'double-post' a question.
