Muslim countries have one of the lowest rates of AIDS and STD in the world. What can we learn from them?

Great that muslim countries have low reported STDs. But the ends don't justify the means. The favorable side of Islam treats women respectfully, unless that means the men don't think they get enough respect. Then the respectful treatment of women turns into something else entirely.
