Eunice, La has boys group home/homes?

Stepson, who is 15 years old is supposed to be going there. Wondering where and what is it like? If he refuses to do what they say will they give up and let him go home? By the way, I did Google it and nothing came up. So if you know please help. I chose this category because their is alot of people asking questions about troubled teens and such.
