Why do medias show people starving and dying in ethiopia and africa why cant they show the good tings.?

why dont they show the good things in ethiopia i heat it when they do that i went on a vacation to ethiopia like a year ago it was fantastic i loved everthing i saw but when i got back here i was waching the news and they showed the oppasit of what i saw i was really mad wht cant they show how great their food is?
