My poo has a rubber feel to it and looks to have strings attaching it?

Ok so this is what it sorta looked like (my awesome paint skills) http://i.imgur.com/BHRkz.jpg the stingy parts had a whitish texture and if you look at the top with the red and black that was there. This poo was so long that I had to get some toilet paper and attempt to pull it out and when I felt it the poo felt like rubber. Now I have been constipated the past few days and I did drink some metamucil could that have caused this? Or is it something else?
