Is University of Waterloo a good school for art?

I applied to their Honour's Arts program because it did not require a portfolio. It was a last minute thing and I've been accepted, is it a decent schoolf or arts? I know OCAD is the school for arts, but since I'm here and offered an acceptance to the program, I'm just wondering it it's worth accepting. thanks :]
